Access control

CYNAYD MSO follows documented access and credential handling processes. Server, application, and admin access is granted on a need-to-know basis during onboarding and reviewed periodically.

Credential handling

• Credentials are stored securely with access logging
• Shared credentials are rotated when team members change
• 2FA is encouraged for all admin and server access

Audit approach

Security reviews include access control checks, firewall review, basic hardening assessment, and risk reporting as part of regular MSO operations.

These policies are operational guidelines and may be superseded by a signed client agreement, proposal, or SLA document.
