Client data ownership

All client data, including databases, files, credentials, and application data, remains the property of the client. CYNAYD MSO accesses data only for agreed operational purposes.

Confidentiality

CYNAYD treats client systems, data, and business information as confidential. Access is limited to assigned MSO team members under documented processes.

Backup responsibility

Backup setup, verification, and restore-readiness are core MSO responsibilities when included in scope. Backup locations, frequency, and restore procedures are documented during onboarding.

These policies are operational guidelines and may be superseded by a signed client agreement, proposal, or SLA document.
