Refund & Cancellation Policy

Setup fee

MSO onboarding may include a one-time setup fee covering audit, documentation, access setup, and initial configuration. Setup fees are non-refundable once onboarding work has commenced.

Service fee

Monthly or annual MSO service fees are defined in your proposal. Fees are billed in advance for the agreed billing cycle. Partial refunds for unused periods are handled per the signed agreement.

Cancellation

Either party may terminate per the notice period defined in the MSO agreement. Upon cancellation, CYNAYD will coordinate access handover and provide agreed transition documentation.

These policies are operational guidelines and may be superseded by a signed client agreement, proposal, or SLA document.
